Today, consumers have primarily driven the wearable market growth. Still, I believe there’s massive potential for wearables in the retail and enterprise space. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Whether fashion, home interior, or grocery, the retail industry has invested heavily in technology to enhance the shopping experience. However, some of these tech solutions fall short.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wearables, and in particular smartwatches, may not solve every challenge in the retail environment. However, they are particularly effective at addressing issues that most new or existing solutions fail to answer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Smartwatches are great for communicating and responding in real-time to simple inquiries, alerts, and messages without interrupting the retail shopping experience. They keep staff members’ hands and head free for safety and reduce the risk of dropping or losing. Smartwatches are also a fraction of the cost of most mobile phones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
